An Internet recruiting solution for any recruiting firm. The users can submit resumes and update their own profile, define searches that will notify them by email, search the job database. The recruiters can post new jobs via a web interface, set jobs to expire automatically, search and store resumes, be notified in the moment someone apply for a job. Applicants can send their resumes via the web interface and automatically apply for posted jobs. The administrator can approve or reject resumes and define new profesional categories or skills, change the recruiters' accounts, send emails to all the users that match a criteria.
