This is a very simple download manager for your web site. It allows you to place your download stuff all in one directory, and then tellen tell the users to register before they can download scripts. As a bonus, the script captures their name and email address and appends them to a mailing list. As another bonus, this script checks to ensure the user has entered a valid (or at least a good fake) email address, and checks that address against your mailing list file. If the email address is already there, the script doesn't capture it. This helps you avoid duplicates.
