The ABTi Mailing List allows users to subscribe to/unsubscribe from a mailing list without the intervention of the site administrator. Also, it allows the e-mailing/circulation of a file stored on the server to target clients, users and beneficiaries. It has an "admin" page that prints mailing list entries. The commercial version has an editor that allows truncating of unwanted entries.
