QRef is a Knowledge Base used to store and organize entries searchable by keyword and grouped by category. QRef is written in CGI/Perl and entries are stored in MySQL. Files may be uploaded and attached to an entry. QRef also a has a command line interface. There is access level control and keyword based search capabilities as well as automated backup utilities. QRef uses minimal Javascript for maximum browser compatiblity.
