Ace FormMail is a free CGI script that will allow you to send receive e-mails from submissions that have been made over the internet. You can choose the redirect webpage, who's e-mail address it goes to and more. You can run an unlimited number of web-forms from this script. New in version 2: Now template based. If a redirect page is not specified the user will see a confirmation page that looks just like your site. Very easy to customize. Also, includes more error checking features (email format, subject line, etc).
