This script allows you to display a cycling background image for html pages. It will cycle depending on what 10 min slot it is in the Hour. Especially usefull for frames, it is the only reason I wrote this. I wanted to have a random/cycling image for my web page and it had frames this was the easiet way I could think of doing this.
