The DHTML Vertical Scroller is a cross browser / platform DHTML scroller. Smooth scrolling is accomplished in both Internet Explorer, and Netscape 6, with backward compatible standard scrolling support for Netscape 4.x. Every aspect of the scroller is fully customizable, from font characteristics, to highlight effects. Optionally specify a background image to scroll over or use a transparent background and scroll messages over existing background images. Continueously scroll a message or pause individual messages for custom lengths of time.
